Op.Dr.Tolga Yener was born in Ankara in 1972. He graduated from Ankara Anatolian High School French Department. In 1998, he graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine.

He worked as a responsible physician in a private cardiology clinic.

In 2002-2004, he worked as a research assistant at Başkent University Faculty of Medicine Anatomy Department.

He completed his Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery specialty training at Mersin University Faculty of Medicine between 2004-2011.

He completed his compulsory service in Muş State Hospital in 2011-2012.

He left his position as Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic Supervisor at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Training and Research Hospital, where he worked between 2012-2013, and started working at Ethica Health Group as of September 2013.

In 2015, he opened his own clinic Op. Dr. Tolga Yener is still serving his patients in his private practice in Nişantaşı.
